These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and megah5 ("megah5", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://megah5.cam and all related services, products, content, and features offered thereon (collectively, "the Service").

By registering an account, accessing the megah5 platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Service and close your account.

These Terms apply to all members located in Malaysia, including but not limited to players accessing the Service from Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Penang, Johor Bahru, Shah Alam, Bangsar, and all other locations within Malaysia.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" — The registered member account created by a User upon successful completion of the megah5 registration process.
• "Balance" — The total funds held within a Member's Account at any given time, including deposited funds and credited bonus amounts where applicable.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or incentive issued by megah5 to a Member, subject to individual promotional terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" — Any transfer of funds by a Member into their megah5 Account via an approved payment method.
• "Eligible Game" — Any game or betting market available on the megah5 platform that qualifies for bonus wagering or promotional participation as specified in the applicable promotion.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity and documentation verification process required of Members by megah5 in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which megah5 accounts are denominated unless otherwise specified.
• "Platform" — The megah5 website, mobile browser interface, and all related digital services accessible at https://megah5.cam.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum aggregate betting turnover that must be completed before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Withdrawal" — Any transfer of funds from a Member's Account back to an approved payment method registered to that Member.

To register and maintain an active account on megah5, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Corporate entities and organisations may not register as Members.
• You must not be a resident of, or currently located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of megah5 or any of its affiliated entities, game studio partners, or payment processing providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period imposed by megah5 or any third-party responsible gambling programme.
• You must not have had a previous megah5 account closed due to a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or withdrawal of eligibility by megah5 at its discretion.

Each individual is entitled to register and maintain one (1) account only on megah5. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times. megah5 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. megah5 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately.

megah5 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

megah5 accepts deposits through the following approved payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

megah5 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may impose transaction fees over which megah5 has no control. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain network fees that are the sole responsibility of the Member.

Processing times are as follows, subject to variation during high-volume periods or scheduled maintenance:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Credited instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
• Bank Transfer (FPX / DuitNow / Maybank / CIMB / Public Bank / Hong Leong): Typically 5–10 minutes following bank authorisation.
• USDT TRC20: Credited following the required number of blockchain network confirmations, typically 15–30 minutes.

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, unless megah5 approves an alternative arrangement in writing. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are subject to the Member's current VIP tier.

Before any withdrawal is processed, the Member must have completed full KYC verification, including submission and approval of a valid government-issued identity document and, where required, proof of address. megah5 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

Winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

megah5 targets the following indicative processing windows for approved withdrawal requests, subject to verification status and payment provider schedules:

• E-Wallets: Within minutes of approval during standard business hours.
• Bank Transfer: Within 30 minutes to 2 hours of approval.
• USDT TRC20: Following on-chain broadcast, subject to network confirmation times.

megah5 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse withdrawal requests pending the outcome of any fraud investigation, dispute, or regulatory enquiry. Members will be notified of any such delay within a reasonable timeframe.

All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards ("Promotions") offered by megah5 are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of this Agreement by reference.

General bonus rules that apply to all megah5 Promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Each Member may claim each promotion once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited in MYR and may only be used for eligible games and betting markets as specified per promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• megah5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect bets already placed in reliance on the original terms.
• Any Member found to be systematically exploiting bonus structures — including through low-risk hedging strategies, multi-accounting, or other abuse patterns — will have their bonus entitlements removed and may have their account suspended.
• Welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, and first-deposit promotions are available to new members only and cannot be claimed retrospectively.

All bets placed on megah5 — including sports bets on EPL, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other markets, as well as live casino wagers and slot game spins — are subject to the game-specific and product-specific rules published on the Platform. Members are responsible for reading and understanding applicable rules before placing any wager.

The following general betting rules apply across all megah5 products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed except where megah5 exercises its right to void a bet due to an error (see below).
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type, market, and event. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet.
• megah5 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous, whether due to a technical error, human error, or data feed malfunction. Affected Members will be notified and their original stake returned.
• In-play betting odds are subject to rapid fluctuation. megah5 is not liable for latency differences between bet placement and odds confirmation.
• Mix Parlay bets are governed by specific Mix Parlay rules, including minimum and maximum leg counts and applicable payouts, as displayed in the sportsbook section.
• Where the outcome of an event is disputed or subject to official review, settlement may be delayed until the relevant sports body or official result is confirmed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the megah5 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or facilitating the registration of duplicate accounts for another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any software that interacts with the Platform outside of a standard web browser.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of live casino games, poker games, or any competitive betting market.
• Systematically exploiting bonus or promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to operate your account.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform or any associated system.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour towards megah5 staff or other members.

All content on the megah5 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all associated trademarks and service marks — is the exclusive property of megah5 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of megah5.

Game content, including slot game visuals, live casino stream interfaces, and sportsbook data feeds, is provided under licence from third-party studios and data providers and remains their respective property. No Member acquires any ownership rights in any game or content by virtue of playing on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, megah5 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial or non-financial loss.

megah5 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. While megah5 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for downtime caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit megah5's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.

megah5 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Data collected during registration and ongoing account use — including name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and transaction history — is used for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and the provision of the Service. megah5 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

megah5 implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect Member data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between Members and the Platform.

Termination by Member: You may close your account at any time by contacting megah5 support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no pending investigation is ongoing.

Termination by megah5: megah5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity detected on the account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to the applicable dormant account policy.
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring megah5 to restrict access to certain jurisdictions or individuals.

Upon termination for cause, megah5 reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and associated winnings from the account, and to recover from the account balance any costs incurred as a result of the Member's breach, subject to applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which megah5 is registered and operates. Members agree that any such disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, without prejudice to megah5's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

megah5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email notification to the registered address, via a prominent notice on the Platform, or both, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is stated at the top of this page. We recommend that Members review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
